Associate, Lauren Darwit, will participate in the American Bar Association’s 2026 Criminal Tax Fraud and Tax Controversy Conference, taking place December 10–12 at Wynn Las Vegas. The annual conference brings together government officials, judges, corporate counsel and private practitioners to discuss developments in criminal tax enforcement, tax controversy and litigation.

On Friday, December 11, Lauren will serve as moderator for “Handling Tax Collection Cases – When Two Worlds Collide.” The discussion will explore issues that arise in tax collection matters and the considerations involved when navigating the complexities of overlapping legal and tax proceedings.
