Biography

Maha represents individuals and businesses in administrative tax disputes and tax litigation.

Maha Sadek has more than five years of experience as a tax lawyer. Before joining Moore Tax Law Group, Maha was a Special Trial Attorney at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel in Chicago, IL.

While at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, Maha gained significant experience in IRS examinations, appeals, and litigation. She litigated cases in Tax Court involving research credit, syndicated conservation easement, foreign tax credit, and a variety of other issues.
