COO and Director of Investigations, Kathy Enstrom, will speak at the American Bar Association’s 2026 Criminal Tax Fraud and Tax Controversy Conference, taking place December 10–12 at Wynn Las Vegas. The annual conference brings together government officials, judges, corporate counsel and private practitioners to discuss developments in criminal tax enforcement, tax controversy and litigation.

On Thursday, December 10, Kathy will participate as a speaker in the conference’s Criminal Tax Workshop. The workshop will bring together tax professionals to examine key issues and considerations in criminal tax matters.
