Managing Member Guinevere Moore will speak at the ABA 2026 Criminal Tax Fraud and Tax Controversy Conference, taking place December 10–12 at Wynn Las Vegas. The annual conference brings together government officials, judges, corporate counsel and private practitioners involved in tax controversy, tax litigation and criminal investigations and defense.

On Friday, December 11, Guinevere will participate in “The Duties of Candor and Zeal,” a panel examining how attorneys navigate their responsibilities as zealous advocates and officers of the court. The discussion will address ethical obligations involving client confidentiality and zealous representation, as well as candor, truthfulness, and disclosure in criminal cases.

Joining Guinevere on the panel will be Jeff Neiman, Richard Sapinski, and Jaime Vasquez, with Michelle Schwerin serving as moderator.
