Moore will participate in the panel, “TP Controversy in 2026 –  the latest cases and their impact on dispute prevention and resolution.” She will join Yolanda Durant, Stakeholder Liaison at the IRS, and Mirko Severi, Partner at Maisto e Associati, for a discussion moderated by John Harrison, Head of Research at ITR World Tax.

The panel will examine recent U.S. and international transfer pricing controversies, evolving approaches to data-driven and coordinated audits, and strategies taxpayers can use to prevent and resolve disputes. Topics will include APAs, MAPs, cooperative compliance programs, and approaches to resolving multi-jurisdictional audits before they escalate.
